How To Use SmoothLynk
Getting started:
1. Download & Sign Up: Get the SmoothLynk app and create your account using Google, Apple, or your phone number.
2. Create Your Profile: Upload a clear profile picture and add your current interests to attract meaningful connections.
3. Find SmoothLynk sites and events: Use the in-app overview to find locations where you can connect with other SmoothLynk users.
At the event:
1. Join: Open SmoothLynk and use the in-app 'Scan QR-Code' button to join the venue's event.
2. Express Interest Discreetly: When another guest catches your interest, find their profile in the app and "Lynk" them with complete privacy.
3. Stay Present: Put your phone away and enjoy the event - SmoothLynk works silently in the background.
Making Connections:
1. Real-Time Notifications: Receive instant alerts when there's mutual interest, eliminating guesswork.​
2. Approach with Confidence: Connect face-to-face knowing there's already mutual attraction, or use the chat to coordinate.​
3. Move On Clearly: If no match occurs, you have immediate clarity - no awkward rejection or lingering questions.
Discover Shared Interests:
1. Browse Profiles: Look for the three dots indicator showing someone has shared their interests.
2. Break the Ice Naturally: Use these interests as conversation starters when approaching someone new.
3. Connect With Purpose: Transform random socializing into intentional connections by focusing your energy on people who align with your interests, career goals or personal values - creating friendships and professional relationships that truly matter.
